SardisTEL 5G ensures that residential customers have a static IP address by default. However, port forwarding is not available by default for residential accounts, primarily due to security considerations. We understand that most residential customers may not possess the necessary expertise to adequately secure their networks against potential external threats. Nevertheless, customers can activate port forwarding by contacting our dedicated customer service team, who will assist them accordingly. On the other hand, business 5G plans include both a static IP address and pre-enabled port forwarding functionality as part of the package.

It's important to note that there is an additional cost of $8 per month for residential customers who opt for a static IP address with port forwarding in their 5G plans.

For older legacy SardisTEL 4G LTE connections, a static IP address is not included by default, and dynamic IP addresses with CG-NAT (Carrier-Grade Network Address Translation) are utilized. If customers using 4G LTE require bypassing CG-NAT and obtaining a public IP with port forwarding, they will need to upgrade to a new 5G modem, which offers these features.

SardisTEL 5G Services operate on a month-to-month billing cycle, with invoices generated in 30-day increments. All residential services are pre-paid for your convenience.

To ensure timely payment, invoices are generated 7 days before their due date and sent as PDF attachments to the email address on file. We also provide a helpful reminder email 24 hours prior to the due date, serving as a prompt that we will automatically charge the card associated with your account by default.

On the due date, our system will automatically process the payment and send you a receipt via email for your records.

If you prefer to opt-out of automated payment processing, you can request this by contacting our support team. Once disabled, it will be your responsibility to make the payment on time. If you anticipate needing a few extra days to settle the invoice, kindly reach out to us so that we can make suitable arrangements to avoid any service suspension.
